We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compliance and Regulatory Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Review of all relevant statutory laws and regulations applicable to the Company and ensure compliance with these. Also, ensure that business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and reprocedures;
  • Develop and review company policies;
  • Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports;
  • Carry out regular compliance audit on company procedures, practices, products, operations and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks;
  • Ensure that all regulatory permissions remain current and appropriate for business needs and ensure continual compliance risk assessment of company practices together with the development of internal policies and procedures, compliance training and protocols;
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations;
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes;
  • Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance;
  • Carrying out KYC due diligence and ensuring KYC metrics are adhered to;
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy standards;
  • Transaction monitoring and reporting;
  • Liaising with relevant regulatory bodies and government agencies;
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry initiatives and advise management accordingly;
  • Liaise with third parties, together with the company’s management, that wish to understand the company’s control environment, compliance policies and procedures;
  • Participate in Business Process Re-engineering exercises to ensure controls therein;
  • Preparation of compliance documentation with relevant constitutive documents for statutory, legal, regulatory purposes;
  • Negotiation, drafting and implementation of the terms of agreements in all business contracts and agreements and maintenance and review of such Legal Agreements;
  • Responsible for providing legal support in controlling customer complaints to mitigate the risk of litigation;
  • Review all documentation with legal implications for the company prior to signing and implementing.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a compliance officer within the financial industry;
  • Previous experience in Fintech is an added advantage;
  • Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail;
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Bauchi

Job Description

  • The project manager is responsible for coordination and implementation of the project in line with the goal and strategy of the organization. The goal is to effectively manage, motivate and drive about 20-40 people across the 20 LGs in the state to success. 20 project officers in 20 LGs and probably 20 agents (each assigned to a project Officer) will work under the manager to meet a set target every month.


  • Hold weekly planning and review meetings with team;
  • Ensure weekly and monthly reconciliation are carried out;
  • Ensure every Project Officer meets up with their set target;
  • Submit monthly report to the management on progress, challenges and recommendations;
  • Evaluate and assess performance of each Project Officer monthly;
  • Attend meetings with all relevant stakeholders;
  • Supervising the planning and development of projects;
  • Supervising the coordination and management of projects;
  • Researching relevant information as required;
  • Plan and carry out supervisory visits using developed checklists.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelors in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project Manager
  • MBA is an added advantage;
  • Ability to organize work;
  • Ability to lead people and drive team to success;
  • Good understanding of management principles;
  • Ability to track all deliverables;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience In strategic planning;
  • High organizational skill;
  • Problem-solving;
  • Leadership and management skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools;
  • Conflict resolution;
  • Proficiency in project management software is desirable;
  • Other relevant certifications are a plus.
