NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION, OJI NGOFA SUPPORT GROUP DISTRIBUTES FERTILIZERS TO OYIGBO WOMEN, TO BOOST AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY.
In consonance with one of the cardinal dreams of the Senatorial Candidate of Rivers South-East Senatorial District in the 2023 General Elections, Chief Hon. Ambassador Oji Ngofa, to assist rural agric farmers, in boosting farm produce and quantum harvests, a non-governmental organization, Oji Ngofa Support Group, based in Bori, headquarters of Rivers South-East Senatorial District, has carried out a free fertilizer distribution excercize in the agrarian community of Afam, Oyigbo Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Ambassador Oji Ngofa, on the 28th day of September, 2022, whilst inaugurating his Campaign Office in Bori, Ogoni, did mention that one of his major priorities shall be, to empower local women in the Agricultural Sector, in enhancing their productivity, and that, the benefits of being in the Senate shall be a leverage to achieving this amongst others.
However, even before the actualization of this mandate, the Raphael Lenee led OJI NGOFA SUPPORT GROUP, has launched into this dream of the in-coming Senator, and gone about fulfilling this aspect of Oji Ngofa’s wish for the poor rural farmers with a start from Afam, Oyigbo LGA.
The group is further calling on all and sundry in Oyigbo LGA and entire Rivers South-East Senatorial District , to go all out, get their Permanent Voter Cards and be ready to vote for OJI NGOFA in the Senatorial Election on February 25th, 2023.
“Oji Ngofa represents one who makes promises and keeps to his words, and what we are doing here in Afam is a clear reflection of what is to come in the future, vote OJI NGOFA for Senate”, said Raphael Lenee.
